Decent Stay with Comfort Needs

Although I had a comfortable night in my Queen Room, the firmness of the beds wasn't ideal for me. However, the atmosphere was pleasing and the staff friendly. I recommend checking out nearby dining options for a varied meal experience.

This was just an appropriate option for a momentary visit in Windsor Locks with attractive and competitive value for money. The only plus was the convenient location near Suffield. Make sure to check for a room away from the noisy parking lot.

The indoor heated pool was a great way to unwind, and the leisure room provided a comfy spot to relax after a long day. The only slight downside was that there wasn’t much nearby to explore, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

Great stay with a few bumps

We had a nice time staying in the King Studio Suite. The room was comfy and spacious for our family. Breakfast in the lobby was a surprise since we didn’t know about it and ended up leaving for coffee. The only hiccup was the pool was closed when we wanted to use it.

Staying here with my fiance and kids was a nice break. The staff was welcoming, and the queen beds were comfy, ensuring good sleep.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There were unkempt hallways and the pool area felt a bit chaotic. Adding more family-friendly amenities would make this hotel a lot better!

While I appreciated the vending machines on every floor, lack of basic amenities like a fridge or microwave was disappointing.

The carpeting wasn’t in the best shape either, with noticeable stains that didn’t sit well. Couldn’t really shake the vibe of a run-down motel despite some attempts at renovation. Only bright spot was that the beds were pretty comfortable, which was a relief.
